Personal Training is at the core of our business here at Fitness Bar as we believe those who 'train' should follow a program prescribed by a Personal Trainer to make sure they exercise correctly and in a way that gets results.

Our Personal Training is not a 'one size fits all' approach and we understand the need for a variety of skills and personalities within our team to ensure you find the right Trainer for you and your goals.
