Small Group Training
Small Group Training is simply Personal Training Sessions taken in groups of 3-4 people, with the aim to take them through the important strength exercises alongside challenging cardio intervals whilst working in a friendly group dynamic.

Every Session is run by a Personal Trainer which means you get focus and attention on your technique, reduce your chance of injury and the increased motivation of working with others.
With your Group Membership including gym access as well we are confident that Small Group Membership could be your next best move to take your Training to the next level.
Working in groups has been shown through research to improve accountability which is why our members keep showing up every week unlike when working alone.

What does it include?
Unlimited Sessions
Every Week
With our Unlimited Package you can attend as many sessions as you want 6 days a week
4 Training Times Per Day
Training sessions up to 4 times per day, 6 days per week
Training Plan
& Body Assessments
When you sign up you get a body assessment to help measure your progress and a training plan to follow to help you progress your strength & fitness
